| Choral Uniform Donation and Used Uniform Sale Information |
If you have a uniform that does not fit anymore, you may donate it to the SMHS Choral Boosters. If you are a new choral student, need a new size outfit, or are missing any pieces to your outfit, you can take advantage of reduced prices at our used uniform sale on Wednesday, August 23rd, 4:00 – 5:00pm in the chorus room. First come/first serve! |

Include the following on the check (or on the outside of the envelope containing the check):
- Student Name
- Class Name (Chanticleer, Bel Canto, or Bella Voce)
- Purpose of the Payment (ex: Choral Fee, Uniform, All State, etc.)
If you have two choral students, we can take one check for both, but you must include the above information for each student on the check or envelope.
